Pasila Lounge offers a beautiful setting for parties of up to 100 people, corporate events, and all kinds of evening get-togethers. With 4-metre ceilings, this versatile venue is designed especially for larger groups that want to enjoy the evening without worrying about disturbing others - here the party can carry on into the early hours.
The venue is just a few hundred metres from Tripla and Pasila station, and easy to reach by public transport or by car. The street next to the venue has plenty of parking.
The kitchen has an oven, stove, freezer, and several large fridges, plus a glass-door cooler in the main hall. The bar counter and the open layout set a festive tone for any kind of event, and the large dining tables work for shared dinners, meetings, or buffet service.
The furniture can be adapted to whatever the event needs, and any extras moved into the adjoining storage room. The main hall can stay as a lounge-style seating area or be converted into a dance floor. The green hall can be set up with formal table seating for up to 60. Crowning it all is RGB smart lighting in every lamp of both halls, with intensity and colours you can tune freely.
As with every Mansku Events venue, Pasila Lounge centres on flexibility and a first-class customer experience. The equipment and services are continuously developed based on customer feedback, and the space can be tailored ahead of time to match exactly what your event needs. House Rules
1. The space
The space comprises the vestibule, the entrance hall, the main hall, the green hall, the kitchen and three toilets, and all of them are yours for the whole booking.
2. Equipment
Do not press the buttons on the speakers mounted on the walls: it upsets the way they synchronise with each other, which is hard to restore during an evening. Choose the music source and the volume from your own phone.
The cables of the devices that carry the television's sound must not be unplugged without permission, as it can upset the audio settings the devices share.
Switch the microphones off whenever karaoke is not being sung.
3. Condition of the space
Check the cleanliness of the space and any damage immediately on arrival, and report anything missing or amiss by text message before taking the space into use. If no report is made, the space is considered to have been in order when the booking began.
Furnishings and equipment are handled with care, and any damage is reported immediately.
4. Capacity
The maximum capacity of the space must not be exceeded.
5. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited indoors. The smoking area is outside the building.
6. End-cleaning
The space is left cleaned throughout and ready for the next customer to use. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, table and counter surfaces are wiped, furniture is returned to its place, and marks are wiped off walls, doors and floors. Dishes are washed and returned to the cupboards, worktops and sink are wiped, and the fridges, microwave and other appliances are emptied and wiped.
Bottles, cans and your own belongings are taken out of the space, and bins and tubs get fresh bags.
End-cleaning can be ordered with the booking. It is then enough to put loose rubbish in the tubs in the space and return any furniture and equipment that was moved; the rubbish does not have to leave the space. Ordered cleaning covers the traces of ordinary use; anything beyond that is cleaned by the renter.
Incomplete end-cleaning is charged as a penalty at twice the cleaning fee.
7. Leaving
The space must be left by the end of the booked time at the latest, at which point the alarm system arms. The key is returned to the same key box it was collected from, by the end of the booked time at the latest.
If a return to the space the next morning was added to the booking, the key can be collected again between 7 and 11. The alarm system is automatically off for that time.
Cancellation terms
Cancelled at least 56 days before the start: the full price is refunded, less €100
After that: no refund
