Kutojan Sauna works for cosy parties, meetings, and relaxing recreational days alike. Booking the venue gets you the entire top floor of the office building and the privacy that comes with it. At the heart of the rooftop suite is an unusually large sauna, with room for over 20 people at a time.
Loud parties are allowed late into the night here, since there are no residential buildings nearby. The rooftop suite is complemented by a generous terrace where you can enjoy stunning views and time together above the rooftops and treetops.
Kutojan Sauna is easy to reach by car or by public transport. The bus stop and Kera train station are just a few hundred metres away, and frequent trains from central Helsinki get you here in around twenty minutes. The building's yard has plenty of free guest parking. The S-Market is right next door, as are the Forenom and Scandic hotels.
We've worked to accommodate as many user groups as possible, and we keep improving the equipment based on customer feedback - if needed, even ahead of time. Flexibility and customer service aren't just buzzwords for us; we genuinely do everything we can to meet our customers' wishes about the space and the services.

House Rules
1. The space
The building's entire sixth floor is yours for the duration of the booking.
Both terrace doors are closed every time the space is left.
The terrace sofa's cushions are stored indoors. If they have been used during the booking, they are returned inside when the rental ends.
2. Sauna use
Shower before entering the sauna, and use a bench cover. Pour water on the stove in moderation.
3. Condition of the space
Check the cleanliness of the space and any damage immediately on arrival, and report anything missing or amiss by text message before taking the space into use. If no report is made, the space is considered to have been in order when the booking began.
Furnishings and equipment are handled with care. Switch the microphones off whenever karaoke is not being sung.
4. Capacity
The maximum capacity of the space must be observed.
5. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Throwing cigarette butts or other litter onto the roof is strictly prohibited. Clearing them is charged at 150 euros from the first piece of litter onward.
6. End-cleaning
The space is left cleaned throughout and ready for the next customer to use. The cleaning cupboard is in the shower room. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, table and counter surfaces are wiped, furniture is returned to its place, and marks are wiped off walls, doors and floors. Dishes are washed and returned to the cupboards, worktops and sink are wiped, and the fridge, microwave and other appliances are emptied and wiped. Used bench covers go in the bin, and the toilets and washing spaces are tidied.
Rubbish, bottles, cans and your own belongings are taken to the waste shelter, not left in the parking garage or by the door. Bins and tubs get fresh bags.
End-cleaning can be ordered with the booking. It is then enough to put loose rubbish in the bins in the space and bring the dishes to the counter. Ordered cleaning covers the traces of ordinary use; anything beyond that is cleaned by the renter.
Incomplete end-cleaning is charged as a penalty at twice the cleaning fee.
7. Leaving
The key is returned to the key store by the end of the booked time at the latest. You may return to the space between 7 and 11 in the morning, and the key must be returned for good by then.
Cancellation terms
Cancelled at least 56 days before the start: the full price is refunded, less €100
After that: no refund
