Hitsaajan Sauna is a fully equipped rooftop suite with a lavish setting for parties, meetings, and recreational days alike. Alongside the giant sauna, the space is crowned by a 40 m2 rooftop terrace with a 7-person hot tub, electric grill, heat lamps, and ample seating.

Inside, the kitchen comes with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a large glass-door cooler for drinks. The space also has an 85" television that can be set up for video conferences, sports matches, or karaoke nights.

We've worked to accommodate as many user groups as possible, and we keep improving the equipment based on customer feedback - on request, even ahead of time. Flexibility and customer service aren't just buzzwords for us; we genuinely do everything we can to meet our customers' wishes about the space and the services.

House Rules

Arrival, Sauna use, Hot tub, Terrace, Condition of the space, Capacity, Smoking, End-cleaning, and Leaving

1. Arrival

The building's front door must not be held open for more than a minute at a time, as it sets off an alarm. Any security company costs an alarm causes are charged to the customer.

The lobby and the building's other shared spaces are not for spending time in, other than on the way to and from the sauna suite. Drinking and celebrating in those spaces is prohibited, on pain of a 300 euro penalty. The restaurant downstairs is a company separate from Mansku Events, and renting the sauna suite does not entitle anyone to be on its premises.

The suite's door and the terrace door are closed every time the space is left.

2. Sauna use

Shower before entering the sauna, and use a bench cover. Pour water on the stove in moderation.

When the sauna session ends, switch the power off at the control panel and leave the buckets empty on the shower room side.

The sauna and changing room windows must not be left open when the booking ends: it disturbs the building's ventilation.

3. Hot tub

The tub may be used only if it has been booked. Unauthorised use is charged as a penalty at twice the tub's price.

Between the sauna suite and the tub, dry off properly or wear slippers, both for the floors and for your own safety.

The power must not be cut at the wall panel beside the tub when leaving. Cleaning the tub is included in the price, and at the end of the booking it is enough to put the cover back.

If water has splashed over the edge, top the tub up so that the surface just covers the topmost jets on the seats — no more than two centimetres above them. Otherwise its filtering does not work properly.

4. Terrace

If the terrace floor is left wet, leave the heaters on when leaving, so that the floor does not freeze.

The grill is cleaned if it has been used.

5. Condition of the space

Check the cleanliness of the space and any damage immediately on arrival, and report anything missing or amiss by text message before taking the space into use. If no report is made, the space is considered to have been in order when the booking began.

Furnishings and equipment are handled with care, and equipment cables must not be unplugged without permission.

6. Capacity

The maximum capacity of the space must be observed.

7. Smoking

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Throwing cigarette butts or other litter onto the roof is strictly prohibited. Clearing them is charged at 150 euros from the first piece of litter onward.

8. End-cleaning

The space is left cleaned throughout and ready for the next customer to use. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, the terrace included, table and counter surfaces are wiped, furniture is returned to its place, and marks are wiped off walls, doors and floors. Dishes are washed and returned to the cupboards, worktops, sink and stove are wiped, and the fridge, oven, microwave and other appliances are emptied and wiped. Used bench covers go in the bin, and the toilets and washing spaces are tidied.

Rubbish, bottles, cans and your own belongings are taken to the waste shelter, not left on the loading dock or by the door. Bins and tubs get fresh bags.

End-cleaning can be ordered with the booking. It is then enough to put loose rubbish in the bins in the space and return any furniture and equipment that was moved. Ordered cleaning covers the traces of ordinary use; anything beyond that is cleaned by the renter.

Incomplete end-cleaning is charged as a penalty at twice the cleaning fee.

9. Leaving

The key is returned to the key box by the end of the booked time at the latest. You may return to the space between 7 and 11 in the morning, and the key must be returned for good by then.
